Alternative Dispute Resolution Program


We help community groups and property owners (“Participants”) find common ground and reduce the need for municipal or judicial action.  Program Participants will receive notification of any complaint made via Third Estate’s Community Portal. Participants are granted 48 hours to respond to the complaint and provide an Action Plan. If Participant fails to provide or carry out an Action Plan, Third Estate reserves the right to rescind our intercession in the complaint process, and the normal governmental reporting process will resume with the complaint being filed the appropriate governmental entities.

Participants must pay a separate enrollment fee for each parcel covered by Third Estate’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Enrollment last for one year and becomes active 72 hours after purchase and Participant provision of the parcel’s address and S-B-L Number.
